Being a follow-up of design and production works, installation and setup supervision shorten time of equipment commissioning, guarantee its operation at design parameters, and ensure reliable and failure-free operation.
At the same time, these works help to cut installation and startup expenses of the customer significantly, and upgrade the skills of its operation personnel.
Specialists of the Installation and Setup Supervision Department perform the following engineering services
- Supervised installation and setup in scope of supply by SC ZKO;
- Commissioning and operational tests of boilers;
- Designer supervision during supervised installation and adjustment both for original and series-produced equipment, including supervision of equipment operation at the customer’s facilities according to the warranty liabilities of SC ZKO;
- Assistance in preparation of as-built documentation to confirm equipment compliance with the requirements of TR CU 032/2013 “On safety of equipment operating under excessive pressure”;
- Our specialists participate in checking of equipment readiness for start-up at the customer’s premises and arrangement of operational supervision.
The department activity is regulated. Certificate No. 0541.03-2011-3122503825-С-012 of admission to certain kind(s) of works affecting safety of objects of capital construction (SRO).
The department specialists are certified for knowledge of laws, regulations and technical documents, that establish industrial safety requirements at facilities subject to boiler inspection to perform relevant works, among others, by the following rules:
- FRR Safe Operation Rules of Hazardous Production Facilities where Equipment Working under Excess Pressure Is Used;
- FRR Safe Operation Rules of Hazardous Production Facilities where Hoisting Devices Are Used;
- FRR Safety Regulations for Gas Distribution and Gas Consumption Systems, TR On Safety of Gas Distribution and Gas Consumption Systems;
- Labor Protection Rules for Electric Safety, Fire Safety and Basics of Fire Safety.
Specialists are regularly recertified by additional professional program Building safety and quality of erection and commissioning of boiler equipment (BS-08).
The department specialists that have more than 18 years of experience in commissioning and performance adjustment of boilers firing various types of fuel, including waste-heat boilers, and have all required instrumentation (KANE 940, OPTIMA 7, TESTO 510, TESTO 925, Eutech PCSTestr 35к, РОRTAFLOW 330A&BHT, etc.), perform all the works related to boiler equipment adjustment.
Supervision personnel is acting as per the requirements of GOST 56203-2015 Energy heat-mechanic and hydromechanical equipment. Erection and adjustment supervision. General requirements.
