Pipeline design department has been existing at SC ZKO for more than 10 years, with the key staff who earlier worked in this area at Belenergomash Company, and younger specialists who embark upon their career after graduation from the Belgorod State Technological University named after V.G. Shukhov.

Design department is engaged in developing design documentation for pipeline elements – branches, tee pieces, reducers, assembly units, suspension and support systems to be assembled into pipeline systems at TPPs and NPPs. Sets of developed design documentation are then released for implementation.

Design documentation is prepared based on erection drawings of respective design organizations for pipeline systems for thermal and nuclear power plants.

Pipeline Parts

All products of SC ZKO for thermal power are certified under Technical Regulations of the Customs Union (TR CU), comprising Russia, Belarus and Kazakhstan.

The company’s activity in design and manufacture of pipeline elements for NPPs is licensed for design and production by Federal Environmental, Industrial and Nuclear Supervision Service of Russia.

All employees are regularly recertified for knowledge of standard technical documentation required for design and manufacture of equipment for TPPs and NPPs.
