The steam waste-heat boilers with lined cyclone primary furnace are designed for firing of carbon black production waste gases and generation of superheated steam with the required power and process parameters.
The boilers are developed and supplied in moderate and cold climate version for category 2 in accordance with GOST 15150, and are designed for installation in seismic areas with up to magnitude 6, MSK-64 scale.
The boilers of the given series are single-drum, convective, natural circulation, gas-tight units featuring П-shaped or horizontal lay-out.
Waste gases have very low calorific value and high humidity, so they are fired in unshielded horizontal primary furnace, along with highly calorific fuel. Hot air with temperature 350 to 370°C is also supplied to the primary furnace.
The waste-heat boiler design provides for drainage of heating surfaces and pipelines, as well as possibility to conduct their pre-start and operational chemical and water washing and preservation. The arrangement allows to install required supervisory instruments, valves, fittings, nozzles, bosses, and other sampling devices for supervisory instruments, automation, protections and interlocks at easily serviceable areas.
The waste-heat boiler design provides for its installation both as delivery units, and assembly units with their subsequent merger at the construction site according to the erection conditions.
