The waste-heat boilers are designed to generate steam at the expense of heat recovery from flue gases of coke dry-quenching plants.
Gas ducts in high-temperature zone are manufactured of gas-tight membrane waterwalls. Special protection is used to reduce erosion of boiler tube heating surfaces. Combined circulation system is used in boilers: multiple forced circulation in the coil heating surfaces and natural circulation in waterwall surfaces.
The boilers feature increased gas-tightness to allow for minimum air suction into circulating inert gases.
The boilers are completed with steam-generating circuit valves and fittings, operating medium parameter measuring instruments.
