The boilers are designated for combustion of hydrogen sulphide and cooling of combustion products. A special cyclone-type burner arrangement is located on the front wall of the boiler unit.
Combustion products sequentially pass the heating surfaces and come out of the boiler through the gas duct. To ensure gas tightness, the boilers have two-layer casing, with air passing inside it under pressure.
The boiler is delivered as an assembled unit, it is connected with the cyclone furnace at the installation, lined with refractory bricks and plated with ready module panels. It allows to shorten installation time and use ready modules of manufacturer’s quality.
The boilers are fully automated and fitted with all required valves, fittings, steam and water sampling devices and instrumentation.
The delivery is performed as maximum integrated transportable assembly units and parts.
