The boilers are designated for generation of superheated or saturated steam while firing wood waste in the “fluidized bed” (FB) furnace unit of the boiler. Wood chips, milled peat and other solid fuels can also be used.
Fuel oil, diesel fuel, or natural gas can be used as starting fuel.
Washed quartz sand is used as FB inert material. Equipment for ash removal from under the FB grate provides for periodic drainage of FB bed ash allowing for further recovery of the sand.
The boilers are equipped with steam blowing of the heating surfaces, which allows for the boiler operation for a year without shutdowns for cleaning.
The boilers are fully automated and fitted with required valves, fittings, steam and water sampling devices, instrumentation, fuel feeding and ash removal units within the boiler limits, steam blowing device.
The delivery is performed as maximum integrated transportable assembly units and parts.
