The boilers are designated for combustion of “sailing” fuels like sunflower, rape, buckwheat hull, soya-bean shell, chopped straw and other similar fuels. The boilers generate saturated or superheated steam.
Fuel burning in the furnace chamber in the extended flame forms the basis of the combustion technology of the given fuels. The advantage of the given combustion technology consists in simple furnace unit design without any mechanical parts.
Natural gas, diesel fuel, or fuel oil can be used as alternate and starting fuel. Alternate fuel-fired boilers can provide rated loading with steam rating.
The boiler multipass arrangement in combination with steam blowing of the heating surfaces provides for the efficient ash removal from the gas ducts, making possible the boiler prolonged operation without shutdowns for cleaning.
The boilers are fully automated and fitted with the requested valves, fittings, water and steam sampling devices, instrumentation, fuel feeding and ash removal units within the boiler limits, steam blowing device.
The delivery is performed as maximum integrated transportable assembly units and parts. The attained technology implementation experience guarantees high thermal efficiency of the delivered equipment while firing biofuel.
