Specialists of the company participated in the mobile exhibition of biofuel, bioenergy and forestry technologies that has been held on 4-8 June 2018 in the Komi Republic.
Companies from Italy, Sweden, Finland, Germany and other countries participated in the exhibition. For a week the exhibitors spoke in public in the government of the Komi Republic, at forestry and woodworking companies, made presentations on equipment for biofuel-based heat generation, sawmilling, drying, packaging and many others.
Also, the delegation represented by forestry and bioenergy business specialists made several technical visits.
Foreign and Russian companies introduced their developments in the field of bioenergy and woodworking to timber industrialists of the Komi Republic.
On the 5 of June, the Ministry of Investment, Industry and Transport of the Komi Republic arranged a round table discussion where participants could have their questions answered, exchange contacts and possibly make preliminary agreements on cooperation.
Dmitry Sinitsa, the representative of the plant, made a review of the biofuel-fired boilers produced by SC ZKO. The plant has mastered production of boilers for high-quality combustion of wood waste, sunflower husk and poultry droppings, which became an interest of many of the companies’ representatives.
Bioenergy development in the Komi Republic will help meet many environmental challenges, because wood waste will not be dumped but will rather become a link in production chain replacing diesel fuel and fuel oil ever going up in price.
